Are you ready to get back into the game for winning the most prestigious title?
Opens its doors, the new edition of the World Chocolate Masters 2013!

Whether you are a chocolatier or a pastry chef and you have an unbridled passion for chocolate, do not miss this unique opportunity to become an international star. How? By participating in the "World Chocolate Masters", the most authoritative competition whose only keys to success are the skills and creativity in working and create with chocolate.
The only Italian selection valid to get access to the "World Chocolate Masters 2013" will be held at Sigep in Rimini, in January 2013.

As it happened during the last edition, competitors wishing to compete for their country’s National Chocolate Masters title, will participate and win national preselections that will be held from October 2012 to November 2012. At short, dates and locations will be published on this website.

As part of the competition assignments, each contestant will make a large chocolate showpiece, a chocolate layered cake, a moulded praline and a gastronomic chocolate dessert. For the last assignment, each contestant will revisit a traditional recipe of Italian Pastry, characterized by chocolate.

The architecture of taste is the theme of this World Chocolate Masters edition. Patissiers and chocolatiers become architects. They will analyse and compose with flavours. They will conceive and assemble with textures. They will study and design new shapes. And most of all, they will innovate. They will create a brand new architecture of taste, in which chocolate plays a fundamental role.
