FBK, the largest Swiss fair for Bakers and Pastry Chefs, will
host the Swiss Chocolate Master the 20th and 21st of January 2013.
During these two days, six candidates will compete against each other to gain the title of "Swiss Chocolate Master" and have the honour to represent their country during the international final, which will be held end of October 2013. They will have to create a chocolate showpiece, a pastry, a platted dessert, a praline and a specific revisited classic under the theme "the Architecture of Taste"
