Experience
Bohr’s role of Pastry Chef has taken him to luxury hotels all over
the world including the Shangri-La Singapore, The Oriental Bangkok,
and the Grand Hyatt Washington. In his capacity as Executive Pastry
Chef he has opened Pastry Shops within hotels, served at events at
the Grand Palace, Bangkok, opened award-winning restaurants and
launched apprenticeship schools.
Bohr prides himself on continually offering the best products
whilst maintaining the highest profitability.
