TURKEY Mehmet Gok
Experience
Gok started his career in a French restaurant, and later moved to
the Four Seasons Hotel chain where he travelled the world in his
role as Sous Chef, and latterly Executive Chef managing multiple
restaurants and bars within the chain. His role covered managing of
staff, training, budgets and quality control throughout the areas
under his responsibility.
