RUSSIA Guillaume Joly
Experience
Joly has over 20 years’ experience working in exclusive Michelin
starred restaurants and luxury hotel chains with well known French
chefs. In his many roles of Executive Chef, he managed kitchen
staff, was responsible for menu creation, quality control and costs
within the kitchen and in many other parts for the hotel chains he
worked for such as room service and bar areas, managing up to 80
staff alongside his role as Head Chef.
