MEXICO Maricu Ortiz

Maricu began her career with a family shop of French pastries.
Years later she perfected her knowledge in L 'Ecole Lenotre in Paris France.
She opened her first pastry shop in Mexico, and inaugurates "Centro de Artes Culinarias Maricú", which celebrates its 20th anniversaire this year, becoming the best pastry school in Mexico.
In 2012 she presents her first book " Cocinando Dulce Maricú " with more than 75 sweet recipes
This year she launches the smart phone application "Cocina Dulce" pioneer in Mexico for smart phone applications for Chefs.
With over 35 years of experience, Chef Ortiz Maricu delights us with her sweet cooking.
