Experience
Yanagi is celebrity chocolatier and owner chef of “Patisserie
Tadashi Yanagi” in Tokyo. After working at several premium French
restaurants and pastry shops such as “La Maison du Chocolat” in
Paris and “Maison Troisgros” he went on to open his own shop above.
Additionally he is the Author of several books specialising in
Chocolate and Pastries.
