Experience
Di Carlo started his career in his familys’ laboratory in Rome and went on to attend a prestigious Italian and European Culinary school, where he worked as a pastry assistant alongside famous Pastry Chefs, and consequently enhanced his career experiences significantly.
In 2008 Di Carlo published his first Pastry recipe book, which went on to become and best seller, and he now teaches courses and demonstrations throughout in Italy and abroad.
