Steffen Blunck started his career leading for several years the pastry section of the bakery chain Otto Thürmann. In 2007 he started his own business ‘BLUNCK Pâtisserie Konditorei Chocolaterie’.
Today he is well known for excellent pastry and chocolate creations amongst his famous customers including politicians, sports people and media moguls.
