FRANCE Jérôme De Oliveira
Originally from Lyon, Jerôme started with Sébastien Bouillet, member of Relais Desserts International. Then he joined Christophe Michalak’s team at the Plaza Athénée in Paris. He finished winner of the « Mondial des Arts Sucrés » in 2008 (World competition of the sweet crafts), and in 2009 becomes the youngest world champion of Pastry, at 23 years old. After 5 years as a sous-chef at the Plaza Athénée, he moved in Cannes to create his pastry shop, Intuitions, expressing all his generosity.
