CANADA Nicolas Dutertre

Nicolas Dutertre went deeper into his career through the Association “ Compagnons du Devoir du Tour de France”.
In 2000 he was awarded “Compagnon Pâtissier”, which allowed him to perfect his craft with the Meilleurs Ouvriers de france at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie Française. For 5 years he has been assisting the Pastry World champion, Christophe Michalak.
Today he lives in Montreal , where he continues to treat us and surprise us by practising his art : pastry.
