AUSTRALIA Adriano Zumbo
Experience
Zumbo is known as one of Australia’s most celebrated patissiers.
He opened his first restaurant in 2007 with his Balmain shop front,
where he sold pastries, and it was after his appearance on
Masterchef in 2007 that he, and his macaroons became a household
name. Another 13 TV guest appearances have secured his position as
the nations’ favourite Patissier. Training at Parisian institutions
such as L’Ecole Lenotre, Bellouet and Stages has fuelled his
passion for creative desserts.
Zumbo has opened five stores across Australia and has released two
books focusing on desserts.
Associations
Adriano has been the Australian Ambassador for Caco Barry since
2012.
