JURY PRESIDENT Angelo Musa
Angelo Musa began with an apprenticeship in Metz at Claude
Bourguignon Pâtisserie.
Following these strong experiences, he pursed his career at Palais
du Chocolat with Pascal Caffet (Meilleur Ouvrier de France and
World Champion of Pastry) from 1997 to 2007 in Troyes.
He won many competitions, such as : Trophée Pascal Caffet, in 1997
; Grand Prix de la Gourmandise, 1999 ; Coupe de France de la
Pâtisserie, 2001 ; Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie with Youri
Neyers and Elie Casassus, en 2003 ; and Trophée Tholoniat.
Angelo Musa was elected “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” of the Year
2007. He created his own consulting agency (Papilio Conseil).
