Massari is owner of restaurant Pasticceria Veneto (Brescia) and
co-partner of Carlo Magno (Collebeato), which won the Espresso
Guide for the best Italian desserts in a restaurant in 2001.
He is also the author of several dessert cookbooks translated into
multiple languages
